This global attack on independent farmers reeks of an outright sabotage of the world's food security. Many Canadians are sleepwalking into atrocities but this is beyond just Canada as you point out.
It's absurd that the world hasn't already stopped this madness, which tells you everything we need to know about how high up the rot goes.
Completely agree. It's very difficult to resist seeing it as a coordinated and intentional plan. Occam's Razor would suggest it probably is.
The silence of global politicians in the face of the attack on Canadians and the Canadian Truckers was deafening. (that is because most of them will do the same thing)
I think most people became accustomed to some kind of check-and-balance on government, so are kind of waiting for this mechanism to trigger. But i don't think it exists any longer - if it ever did.
The silent majority who fall prey to the propaganda campaigns largely are enabling this due to their ignorance and governments all over are working hard to continue their divide and conquer strategies. I think thats why the need for small, local grassroots movements is so important. Now, more than ever. We need to stop waiting for someone to fix things, and begin taking action, no matter how small.
